All rooms have private bathroom with a shower. Each bathroom is provided with towels, hair dryers, and soap dispenser.

BBQ area is available for our guests. It is perfect for those who enjoy dining outdoors and fun-filled evenings with family or friends.
Children area
For a family-friendly holiday, we provide a garden area dedicated to children with a slide, a swing, toy-house and bicycles.

The reception is at your disposal to provide tourist information, restaurant recommendations, brochures, maps of Assisi, tickets, and bus schedules.
Parking areas
All’Antica Mattonata has a large private car parking lot exclusively reserved for guests.

Public transport
At the exit of the B&B there is a bus stop that connects it to Assisi, Santa Maria degli Angeli and the train station.

Some rooms have all the necessary features to accommodate people with disabilities. Please point out this need during the booking process.

For maximum comfort, apartments and rooms are provided with climate-control (heating and air conditioning).

The outdoor miniature Jacuzzi SPA in the garden provides our guests with comfort and cooling in hot summer days.
Luggage store-room
Would you like to arrive before check-in? Do you want to spend some time in Assisi after leaving the room? Don't worry! You can leave your luggage on deposit.

All around the farm there is a WI-FI 100 Mb connection. The service is free. You will be provided with the password to access the Internet.
